Helper / Warehouse AssociatePay Rate: $16.00 – $20.00 / hour (DOE)Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8- 5 PM (OT as needed)Location: 77055We are hiring two (2) energetic and hardworking Helpers / Warehouse Associates to assist our team and maintain organized warehouse operations. This dual-role position involves loading and unloading box trucks and organizing/stocking firewood inventory inside our warehouse facility.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately and safely load box trucks at the warehouse prior to delivery routes; offload firewood orders directly to designated storage/staging areas at commercial restaurant customer sites.Stack, organize, label, and manage firewood inventory inside the warehouse to ensure efficient space utilization and smooth order staging.Maintain a clean, swept, and safe warehouse floor and staging area by adhering to workplace safety standards.Equipment Operation: Safely operate manual material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies.Qualifications & RequirementsAbility to continuously stand, bend, stoop, lift, and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs+) throughout the shift in varying temperature environments (warehouse and outdoors).Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a positive team-player attitude.Basic verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members, truck drivers, and site contacts.Prior experience in warehouse organization, manual labor, or delivery helper roles is preferred but not required.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $20.00 Per HourApply NowAll compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
