As a Remote Field Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing upstream production activities primarily from the wellhead. You'll leverage your experience to monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot well operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while supporting the broader field team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to coordinate remotely with on-site personnel.Required Skills:

Proven experience with upstream production operations, specifically at the wellheadStrong understanding of lease and production operations, not from refinery settingsAbility to operate and troubleshoot field equipment remotelyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSelf-motivated with a keen eye for safety and operational efficiencyNice to Have Skills:

Experience working in West Texas, New Mexico, Bakken, or Oklahoma regionsKnowledge of safety regulations and reporting standards in upstream operationsFamiliarity with remote monitoring technology and data analysis toolsPreferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferredMinimum of 3+ years of relevant upstream or field operations experienceOther Requirements:

Willingness to work a 14-day on / 14-day off scheduleAbility to work remotely from Spring, TX, or other designated locationsValid driver's license and ability to pass any required background checks
