Frequent Sunday work may be required based on operational needs.HOURS: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM/or end of shift (flex as needed)Pay Rate$21.20/hr plus a shift differential. This position is eligible for overtime pay and is paid weekly.SummaryThis position is responsible for purchasing, storing, and issuing spare parts for the facility.ResponsibilitiesComplete data entry of issues and receipts of maintenance partsPick-up and delivery of parts and other items pertaining to the operationPerform cycle counts of maintenance inventoryMonitor and maintain consistent levels of maintenance floor stocks and store's inventoryPick/pull and stage maintenance inventory related items for PMs, CERs, and other related projectsRead shop manuals to ascertain type and specification of partContact vendors by phone, fax, and by mail/e-mail to purchase approved parts.Compare invoices/packing list against purchase orders/requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise receivedStore purchased parts in storeroom bins/staging area and issues parts to associates upon request and proper authorizationReceive and ship all maintenance related parts and items to respective departmentsKeep records of parts received and issued, and inventories parts in storeroom periodicallyAssign part number and staging area for maintenance inventory related itemsMonitor and maintain min/max inventory levels for usage.Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience: Must have inventory experience.Computer Skills: Must have basic inventory and computer skills.Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.Special SkillsAbility to perform basic math functions (adding, subtracting, fractions, etc.)Ability to read inventory lists and manage plant inventory sheets to ensure facility is always fully stocked with proper boxes packaging chemicals and other inventory items.Track receiving shipments and update purchase orders in SAPMust be detailed orientedPhysical RequirementsMust be able to reach high and low levels, frequentlyAbility to lift, push, and pull and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionallyMust be able to work in temperatures ranging from 45 to 75 degreesAbility to climb stairs and step laddersRepetitive bending, reaching, squatting, and gripping requiredPosition Specific RequirementsApplicants should either upload a resume in Word or PDF formatMust reside in the United States to be considered.Sponsorship is not available for this position.Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as neededInternal DisqualifiersMust not have 4 or more attendance points for locations on an 8 point policy (on application date)No written warning in the past six (6) monthsNo suspension on record for the last 12 monthsThis position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility.
