No damaged product is sent out. No damaged raw material is accepted in.Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labelling).Stage finished product for loading.Load finished product or unload raw materials and move to warehouse storage.Make deliveries to various buildings and departmentsComply with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety and Quality Assurance policies.Report injuries, accidents, near misses or unsafe conditions to a Supervisor or Manager immediately.Perform additional duties as requested.EXPERIENCE0-1 years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environmentSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Associate's degree preferred.Ability to pass a basic reading, math, measurement, parts matching and counting testAble to read, understand, interpret and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing specificationsAbility to adjust to changes without compromising Quality or PerformanceMust be able to work a shift schedule and overtime as needed, including weekendsPHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to stand for the duration of scheduled shiftAbility to manually load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, platforms up to weighing 25-150 lbsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include Close, Distance, Peripheral, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focusManual dexterity using hands, fingers, and arms to push, pull, reach, grab, hold, lift, and hammerWORK ENVIRONMENTManufacturing warehouse environment with multi step process production runs on different machines.
