Case Selector / Order Picker / Warehouse SelectorHumano is seeking experienced Case Selectors/Order Pickers for a fast-paced warehouse operation. This position requires previous Riding Pallet Jack and order selecting experience and involves picking cases of product throughout freezer warehouse locations.Associates will be responsible for accurately selecting and pulling product, using inventory systems and RF scanners, and meeting daily production requirements.This position is Part-Time with Full-Time Options, with the opportunity for an increase in hours once the workload fully picks up and the client is able to provide a clear and accurate weekly work forecast.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of agePrevious Riding Pallet Jack experience requiredPrevious Order Selecting experience requiredPrevious warehouse inventory experience preferredAbility to accurately locate and select productAbility to work in freezer/cold temperatures for the duration of the shiftAbility to repeatedly lift and move cases of productAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periodsAbility to meet production and accuracy expectationsReliable attendance and strong work ethicRF Scanner experience is a plusPrevious freezer order-selecting experience is a plusResponsibilities:Operating a Riding Pallet Jack safely and efficientlySelecting and pulling warehouse ordersPicking approximately 0–4,000 cases per day, depending on workload and operational requirementsAccurately locating product within freezer warehouse locationsUsing RF scanners and warehouse technology as requiredMaintaining order accuracyBuilding and organizing palletsMoving completed orders to designated staging areasFollowing all warehouse safety proceduresMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentWorking as part of a team to meet daily production goalsWorking Environment:This position requires associates to work inside freezer locations for the duration of their shift.Temperatures in many freezer locations may range from approximately 0°F to -10°F.Candidates must be comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment for extended periods while operating a Riding Pallet Jack and selecting product.Additional Information:Jobs Open: Case Selector / Order Picker / Warehouse SelectorEmployment Type: Part-Time with Full-Time OptionsSchedule: Monday–SaturdayShift: 3:00 PM until work completionPay: $19.00 per hour + Case Pick IncentiveHumano offers Daily Pay!
