Warehouse Operations SpecialistSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities related to inventory control, material handling, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities:Receive, stock and enter parts accurately and timely into the ERP SystemPerform data entry pertaining to the warehouseAssume a lead role in resolving issues, which relate to the receipt and stocking of incoming materialsConsult with supervisors about any problems with picking, packaging or stocking stationsHelp others in the department if and as directed by the supervisor as it relates to the departmental processesPerform any other duties assigned by managementKeep Maintenance schedules on warehouse equipmentSkills & Experience:Prefer 2 years general warehouse experienceAbility to operate and maintain warehouse equipmentWindows based computer experienceTools/Equipment:Microsoft OfficeForkliftPallet jackWeight scalePhysical Requirements: Lifting and moving heavy boxes or parts, setting up storage bins and moving them when necessary Work Environment: General as related to working in a warehouse environment
