Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone.
- Schedule service calls and appointments accurately.
- Maintain customer records and update ServiceTitan CRM systems.
- Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
