Warehouse Worker - Retail - NRG Stadium RetailThe Warehouse Operations Team Member plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day retail warehouse operation for the Houston Texans Retail Team under Aramark. This position is responsible for inventory processing, product movement, event preparation, stock organization, fulfillment support, and maintaining operational efficiency across all retail locations and events. This role will serve as a primary support function for stadium event operations and will help ensure accurate inventory flow, timely replenishment, and organized warehouse execution throughout the season and offseason. During event days, this position will also support retail store operations as needed. This is a hands-on operational role focused on execution, efficiency, organization, and teamwork.Job ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsReceive, process, and organize incoming merchandise shipmentsAccurately count, verify, tag, and stage inventoryMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational standardsAssist with inventory transfers between warehouse and retail locationsPull and prepare product allocations for events and store replenishmentSupport inventory audits and cycle countsEnsure product is properly stored and accessible for operational efficiencyAssist with loading and unloading merchandise deliveriesEvent & Retail SupportSupport setup and breakdown for Texans retail event operationsAssist with event-day replenishment and stock movementSupport retail teams during high-volume games and special eventsHelp maintain stock levels and operational flow across all retail locationsAssist leadership with operational execution during stadium eventsTeam & Operational ExpectationsMaintain strong communication and teamwork across all retail departmentsFollow operational procedures and inventory handling standardsDemonstrate flexibility and willingness to support evolving business needsWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesDeliver excellent service while supporting the Houston Texans retail brand experiencePosition DetailsPart-Time PositionPosition employed through Aramark Sports + EntertainmentScheduling is based on operational business needs, event schedules, and employee availabilityHours are not guaranteed and may fluctuate throughout the year based on seasonality and operational demandsMajority of scheduled hours will be allocated to warehouse operations and event support functionsAvailability for nights, weekends, holidays, and Houston Texans home games/events is requiredQualificationsMust be over 18 years of ageHigh school education or equivalent is preferred2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic reading, writing, and arithmetic skillsBasic computer skillsManual dexterity required for operating machineryAble to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lbSome client locations require a current valid driver's license. If this is required, an MVR will be run as part of your pre-employment screening process.Previous warehouse, retail, logistics, or operations experience preferredThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
