Position SummaryBray Controls, a subsidiary of Bray International, Inc., is currently seeking a Freight Handler/Forklift Operator for our facility in Northwest Houston, Texas. The Freight Handler will perform pre‑shift checks of equipment, maintain a daily material checklist and handle cargo logistics on the dock.ResponsibilitiesLabel freight and stage it for all carriers, and load or unload trucks.Record transactions in the computer system.Maintain a neat, clean and orderly shipping area.Operate various pieces of equipment, including forklifts and packaging equipment.Perform other duties as required by management.QualificationsHigh School diploma, GED, or 5+ years of relevant experience.2+ years of experience performing warehouse and materials handling, inventory management, forklift/power equipment operation, and shipping/receiving duties.Experience with standard functions within MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Access, etc.) and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.Ability to multi‑task, problem‑solve and remain highly organized and detail oriented.Strong work ethic.Available to work overtime hours when needed.Immigration sponsorship not offered for this position.ShiftMonday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional overtime may be required.
