Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Administrative Assistant III to join their team. As a Administrative Assistant III, you will be part of the support staff, assisting various departments and teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant III

Location: Spring, TX

Pay Range: $37.40 per hour

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including typing, filing, and answering phones
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and large events
• Make complex travel arrangements, including passports, visas, and security assessments
• Assist with record keeping, data compilation, and reporting tasks
• Collaborate with team members and prioritize tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
• Strong administrative coordination and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities
• Problem-solving skills and quick learning capability
