We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to support day-to-day supply, inventory, and purchasing activities across our global supply chain. In this role, you will maintain material availability by monitoring supply strategies, executing site-to-site inventory balancing, and performing detailed inventory analysis. You will also ensure high data integrity through consistent reporting and manage the full purchase order lifecycle to secure on-time deliveries.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in managing contract manufacturers (CMs), and comfortable working with data. You should excel at executing standard operating procedures while continuously identifying opportunities for proactive process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Analysis & ReportingRun recurring reports to track inventory levels, excess & obsolete (E&O), and shortages across global hubsMonitor inventory against targets (DOH, turns, safety stock) and flag variances to senior team membersEvaluate supply plans to manage inventory balancing across sites prior to E&O reporting Maintain and update dashboards and data files (Excel / BI tools) with accurate, timely informationPerform root cause analysis on inventory imbalances (excess, shortages, slow-moving stock)Support monthly inventory reviews by preparing data and highlighting key changesOperational Support for S&OPProvide data inputs for S&OP and supply reviews (inventory position, risks, gaps)Track and report key metrics such as inventory turns, service levels, and agingFollow up on action items from planning and inventory review meetingsPurchase Order ExecutionCreate and release purchase orders based on planning signals and guidanceManage open POs to ensure on-time delivery, including:Tracking supplier commitsExpediting or de-expediting orders as neededResolving delivery and quantity discrepanciesMaintain accurate PO data in ERP systems (dates, quantities, pricing)Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve PO issuesCross-Functional CoordinationWork with Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flowCoordinate inbound shipments and update delivery status as neededSupport Finance with basic PPV tracking and invoice discrepanciesProcess Discipline & Continuous ImprovementFollow standard operating procedures for inventory and purchasing activitiesIdentify data issues or process gaps and escalateto managementSupport implementation of simple process improvements and data clean-up effortsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field3+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing and inventory analysis (internships acceptable)Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic data analysis)Experience with ERP systems (SAP, etc.) preferredBasic understanding of supply chain and inventory concepts (lead time, safety stock, turns)Strong attention to detail and ability to execute repeatable processes accuratelyGood communication skills for working with internal teams and suppliersAbility to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitmentsCompensation: $60 - $80 per hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
