Job Description

Production Scheduler - 1st Shift Advance Services is seeking a Production Scheduler for a manufacturing company in the Humble, TX area. The Production Scheduler plans and establishes production schedules to meet customer demands. Develops production schedules in accordance with sales forecast, plant and employee capacity, and new business opportunities. Pay $24-$26 per hour DOE First Shift (Overtime may be required Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm (30 min lunch) or 7am - 4pm (no lunch).

Job Requirements Must be able to work on your feet for up to 8-12 hours per day. Must be a self-starter and able to follow direction of supervision. Strong organizational acumen and problem-solving ability Proficiency with standard scheduling software and productivity suites. Excellent communication and presentation skills Well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them Advance computer and time management skills Ability to work independently. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, administration, or relevant field preferred Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a production environment, especially in production scheduling Advance knowledge of Excel Experience with ERP/MRP systems, IQMS a plus
