Reports To: Director of Resident Services and Executive Director
Qualifications: A candidate for Resident Attendant must possess exemplary work ethics and the ability to assist and interact with seniors in a caring, kind, and respectful manner. A Resident Attendant must possess good verbal communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write English to the degree that allows for understanding and being understood by typical Residents. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds, move about the facility quickly, and physically assist Residents daily and in the event of an emergency.
