We re looking for a Senior Customs Entry Specialist to join our dynamic Customs Entry team. This role features a Hybrid Work Model designed to balance professional collaboration with remote flexibility. What You ll Do:

• Filing ISF (10 2 Form) Ensure timely and accurate filing of Importer Security Filings (ISF) prior to vessel loading to maintain compliance with CBP regulations.
  
• Prepare and File Customs Entries Prepare and transmit Customs entry documentation for import shipments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely release by CBP.
  
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance with TSCA, FDA, EPA, and other PGAs.
  
• Coordinate Operations with internal departments, carriers, and government agencies.
  
• Resolve Issues related to documentation discrepancies and customer inquiries.
  
  What We re Looking For:
  
  
  • 3 5 years in Customs brokerage, trade compliance, or international logistics.
    
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS codes, ISF, and PGA requirements.
    
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customs systems; Familiarity with CargoWise is a strong advantage!
