Regency Integrated Health Services - - Responsibilities: Provide daily nursing care and services to residents according to resident assessments and care plans; Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, hair and nails care, and transferring between areas; Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse; Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries; Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions/needs to resident care plans
