This role will work closely with operations, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to deliver actionable insights that support business performance and operational decision-making.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI and/or Spotfire, advanced SQL capabilities, and the ability to work with large and complex datasets across multiple operational systems. Candidates should be comfortable interfacing with both technical and field operations stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Main FunctionsDevelop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and SpotfireImport, cleanse, validate, and transform datasets from multiple data sourcesEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting systemsAnalyze trends, correlations, and operational performance driversPresent data through dashboards, charts, graphs, and tables for operational visibility and decision-makingCollaborate with operations, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to translate business needs into analytical solutionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and reportingPerform data validation and troubleshooting activities to maintain reporting integrityWork independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple analytical prioritiesSkills and QualificationsStrong proficiency with Power BI and/or Spotfire dashboard development and visualization toolsAdvanced SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating datasetsExperience analyzing complex operational datasets and delivering actionable insightsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detailEffective communication skills with the ability to work across engineering and operations teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environmentExperience with Databricks preferredWorking knowledge of Python preferredExperience supporting Upstream Drilling & Completions datasets preferredProfessional-level Data Analyst experience requiredAdditional NotesCandidates will be tested on technical skills during the interview processCandidates should be prepared to demonstrate dashboarding, SQL, and analytical capabilities during meet & greet sessionsThis role requires a highly skilled analyst capable of working with minimal direction and delivering production-ready analytical solutions#J-18808-Ljbffr
