We are hiring 2 team members immediately for a very flexible warehouse position fit for someone that lives in Humble, Texas.
This position is recommended for someone that wants to make extra money. Perfect for someone that is retired, a college student, a new business owner or someone with free time.

Please note that the schedule is flexible but the hours are limited!
Your schedule:
Average work day: Average 1 Hour/ Day
Average work week: 6-8 Hours/week.
You will be assigned a 3 day work schedule.
Monday thru Wed or Thursday thru Saturday
If you are really good, we may offer you 6 days.
(Closed Sundays)
You can come to work anytime between 8 am - 2 pm, as long as your packages are shipped before 2 pm.
Responsibilities:
Independently oversee and maintain an e-commerce warehouse. Not required to manage employees.
Ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer orders. (Average daily orders 0-20)
Manages shipping & Returns
Run day-to-day operations by reviewing stock levels, open orders and collaborating with teams to ensure product demand and supply are accurate.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operation functions and inventory.
Must be able to use Gmail, Google Sheets, Drive, and Slack.
Must have a smartphone
Regularly reviews warehouse conditions ensuring a safe, secure, clean, and efficient work environment.
Must be available for shipment pick-up and drop-offs. (twice/ month). The trucker will arrive at random time between 12-6pm. You must be there for them to load.
Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 45 lbs.
Must have a reliable vehicle to drop off packages to USPS, Fedex, USPS. You will be compensated for mileage.
Flexible Daily Schedule. You pick when you start your day, as long as all orders are shipped on time daily before 2pm and all other expectations are met.
Shipments are packaged and dropped off 6 days a week.

Compensation:
- You will receive a base salary of $17/ Hour + bi weekly commission bonus
- You will be compensated a bonus for every package you pack and ship as long as you have a 100% accuracy rate
- You will be reimbursed $0.67 Cents for every mile you drive, from the warehouse to shipping store.
Our average team member makes between $23-$30/ Hour after bonuses . On top of that, we offer a loyalty bonus every 6 months you work with our team!
