As the Sr. Director, Global Benefits & Mobility at Fluence, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of global benefits and mobility programs that support a dynamic, international workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring competitive, compliant, and cost‑effective benefits offerings, while also overseeing global mobility programs including international assignments, relocations, immigration, and cross‑border workforce compliance. You will partner closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to align Total Rewards and mobility strategies with business objectives, enabling talent movement while managing risk.
