Integrated Healthcare Services is seeking a local contract Orthopedic Technologist Senior for a local contract job in Houston, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Orthopedic Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract To provide excellent customer service and assist the patient care team by providing casting and medical assistance to licensed providers during patient clinic visits or in the emergency center. Responsibilities include: Applying casts, splints, and performing basic hardware maintenance. Educating families on cast maintenance and skin care after cast removal. Documenting patient care accurately and timely. Managing casting and clinic supplies, including updating PAR levels and ensuring exam rooms are stocked. Communicating effectively with the orthopedic team. Work Schedule: Varies (7:30 AM–4:00 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM). Location: Kirby and Main Campus. Pay Range: $16–$24 per hour (subject to benefits and supplier terms).
