We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management activities while also overseeing the administration of the company's corporate credit card program. This role plays a key part in optimizing liquidity, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and maintaining strong internal controls over card usage and treasury operations.Key Responsibilities:Treasury & Cash ManagementMonitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across accountsPrepare short-term cash forecasts and assist with long-term cash planningInitiate and manage wire transfers, ACH payments, and bank transactionsReconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepanciesMaintain relationships with banking partners and support account management activitiesAssist in debt management, investments, and treasury reportingCorporate Credit Card Program ManagementAdminister the corporate credit card program, including issuing, canceling, and maintaining cardsMonitor card activity to ensure compliance with company policies and detect potential misuseServe as the primary point of contact for employees regarding card-related inquiriesPartner with card provider to resolve disputes, fraud issues, and billing discrepanciesDevelop and enforce policies, procedures, and controls related to card usageCompliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policiesSupport internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysisIdentify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencySkillsFamiliarity with internal controls and SOX complianceExperience with expense management tools (e.g., Concur)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsQualifications & ExperienceThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field1–5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accountingExperience managing corporate credit card programs is strongly preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP/TMS experience a plus)Knowledge of banking platforms and payment processes (ACH, wires, etc.)High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesThe successful candidate should demonstrate and exhibit the following core competencies:Communication: Writes, speaks, and presents information effectively and persuasively across communication setting;Results: Pursues work with energy, drive, and results orientation to positively impact Apache's business success;Collaboration: Works in partnership with others and encourages different perspectives, while building and maintaining trust; andCulture: Willingness and ability to align one's behavior with the needs, priorities, and goals of Apache.We are committed to being a workplace where all employees are valued and can thrive with a sense of belonging.
