Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Openwork is hiring a dependable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate for a well-established manufacturing company in Houston that has been serving the law enforcement supply industry since 1971.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and working in an organized, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving duties in a warehouse environment.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with reorder tracking.
• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects.
• Update inventory information using Excel and Great Plains.
• Support warehouse organization, labeling, and item location tracking.
• Work closely with warehouse staff and vendors to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse shipping & receiving experience required.
• Inventory experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Great Plains required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
