Position DescriptionThe Election Technician is responsible in supporting all aspects of the Election Technology Services operations. Must interact with various election officials and provide accurate and timely support.Duties and Responsibilities:* Prepares election equipment and supplies forelections.* Drives vehicles for the purpose of transporting election equipment to designated sites.* Maintains accurate records while utilizing pertinent software applications.* Receives and logs election equipment after election cycles.* Maintains warehouse facility as assigned for the purpose of keeping orderly, clean and safe conditions.* Responds to inquiries of staff by providing information and/or direction regarding the status of orders.* Operates all equipment in office, computer, printed, copy machine, fax machine, scanner, etc.Other:* This Job Description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
