Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $31

Shift: 1st / Day

What's the Job?

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues involving 480V, 277V, and single-phase systems
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, drain lines, and oil-water separators
• Replace belts, filters, and monitor building temperature controls
• Inspect and repair lighting, motors, exhaust fans, and high-speed doors to ensure optimal operation

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related fields
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Knowledge of troubleshooting wiring, balancing loads, and repairing building systems
• Strong understanding of general maintenance procedures and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
