This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence while maintaining high customer satisfaction through financial management, facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and client relationship development. You'll be instrumental in supporting corporate real estate goals while fostering a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Support the Facilities Manager in executing portfolio management needs including financial, technical, maintenance, and procurement activitiesMonitor and enhance customer satisfaction through service delivery excellence and hospitality program supportManage relationships with key client representatives and on-site stakeholders to discuss service delivery and facility planningOperate and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management and trackingConduct daily, weekly, and monthly facility inspections to ensure compliance and operational standardsPrepare, submit, and manage facility budgets while tracking variances and ensuring accurate forecastingCoordinate with service providers and vendors, ensuring contract compliance and deliverable accountabilityRespond to critical after-hours issues and participate as a key team member in emergency situationsSupport implementation of short and long-term facility projects and provide input for business casesDesired experience and technical skills:Requirements:Minimum two years of industry experience in corporate environment or third-party service providerManagerial experience including budget management, contract management, and team developmentSuperior people management and client relationship management skillsExperience managing multiple vendors and small capital projectsExcellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projectsStrong work ethic and interpersonal skills with ability to work across all organizational levelsStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with data-driven decision-making abilityProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel)Preferred:Bachelor's degreeExperience working on client accountsHistory of "delighting" facility occupants through exceptional service deliveryLocation : Houston, TX, on-siteSalary : $65,000 - $70,000 / yearThe salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed.
