Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and documenting visitor and contractor entry and exit activity at a government location; Monitor entry points, deter unauthorized access, and communicate with staff and/or visitors regarding identification requirements, prohibited items, and posted rules; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns through appropriate channels; Operate access control systems, maintain accurate logs and records, and support badge, key, and/or credential accountability in accordance with site policies; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related issues
