Willingness to work in the selected EPC firm's office (Houston/Baton Rouge), Baton Rouge area (project site), and travel domestically and internationally as needed. We're seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our large capital project team on the U.S. Gulf Coast. This position is part of the owner's project team, responsible for overseeing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) execution to ensure all electrical work meets company engineering standards and project objectives. You'll partner closely with EPC firms and the main automation contractor to ensure high-quality, on-time I&C deliverables. The role offers the opportunity to move between the EPC office and the project site in Baton Rouge as the project progresses from engineering through commissioning.

The compensation for this position will typically range from $108,000 -$200,000/yr. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
