As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide responsive customer service and technical support while coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include processing orders and shipments, handling RMAs/returns, maintaining records in the Data Works system, and supporting both domestic and international customers as needed. Additional duties and special projects may be assigned.
These Customer Service Representative positions require a High School Diploma or GED, minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, and a typing speed of at least 45 WPM with strong accuracy.
Training Schedule:
Week 1: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weeks 2–3: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Week 4: Transition to assigned schedule
