Staffmark - - Responsibilities: Take customer requests, review technical data and specifications, and prepare quotes based on information provided; Help customers with orders, quotes, tracking, and related issues; Maintain contact with customers about technical, commercial, and price-based inquiries; Participate in budgetary and formal bid requests to determine product specifications and bid parameters; Coordinate with sales, product managers, and customers
