Logistics Coordinator II (Invoice & Terminal Services) Location: Bartlesville, OK (Onsite)
Duration: 1-Year w/ high potential for extension
Work Type: 5-day work week; 40 hours/week
Rate: Up to $43/hour(negotiable based on experience)
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator II to support terminal operations and master data management. This role focuses on processing high-volume data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting operational workflows across logistics and terminal activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate master data (customer, carrier, and product setup)
- Maintain accurate records within systems (including SAP)
- Support terminal operations and resolve carrier/loading issues
- Review and manage high-volume, repetitive data entry tasks with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Monitor, track, and escalate operational issues as needed
- Logistics and/or terminal operations experience (Familiarity with industry concepts such as terminals, bills of lading (BOL), and carriers would be an asset)
- Strong experience with data entry, data validation, and master data management
- SAP experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
