Job Description Job Description About Champion & Nash HVACChampion & Nash HVAC is an established company with over four decades of experience providing top tier residential and light commercial service to the Houston community and surrounding areas.About the RoleChampion & Nash is looking for an HVAC Commercial Service Technician to perform light commercial work for HVAC system maintenance and repairs. This person must meet safety, quality, and customer standards on all jobs. This is a full-time role that will report to the General Manager and be based out of our growing Houston office.What You'll DoMaintain and repair commercial HVAC systems and equipmentWork on rooftops with less than 20 tons, splits, WSHP unitsEstablish customer rapport to offer solutions and provide the correct serviceMaintain a clean and organized job site and truckParticipate in training, meetings, and company eventsLocal work for our contract customersWe'd Love To Hear From You If You Have10+ years of commercial HVAC experienceKnowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practicesKnowledge of ServiceTitan is a plusStrong organization and attention to detail skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsValid driver's licenseWorking Conditions/Physical DemandsMust consider safety one's primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirementsTo adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talkMust be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spacesThe ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is requiredThe work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of workBenefits and Perks:Champion & Nash HVAC treats its team members with the same level of dedication and care as we do our customers, which is why we're fortunate to provide all of our employees with:Competitive PayBenefits : We offer top-notch benefits!
