Job Description Job Description A growing and well-respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation team. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters involving construction disputes, real estate litigation, and oil & gas matters in a collaborative and mentorship-focused environment.The firm is looking for a motivated attorney in the 2–4 year experience range who is eager to develop their litigation skills and build a long-term career with the potential for partnership down the road.Responsibilities:Assist with all phases of commercial litigation from case inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and legal memorandaConduct legal research and analyze complex legal issuesManage discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and reviewing documentsAssist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparationWork closely with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case developmentCommunicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and legal strategyQualifications:2–4 years of litigation experience , ideally within commercial litigationExperience with construction disputes, real estate litigation, or oil & gas matters is preferredStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced legal environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLicensed and in good standing with the applicable state barCompensation & Opportunity:Salary range: $160,000 – $170,000 , depending on experienceOpportunity to work directly with experienced litigators who prioritize mentorship and professional developmentClear long-term growth path with partnership potential for the right candidateThis is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate looking to gain hands-on experience, receive strong mentorship, and grow within a firm that values long-term career development.Solid Rock is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other protected status under applicable laws.
