Security Personnel Opportunity

BaRupOn is a forward-thinking infrastructure and energy development firm driving innovation across Texas. Our project site in Liberty, TX is a critical zone requiring strict safety and security protocols to protect people, equipment, and data. We're seeking reliable and vigilant Security Personnel to help protect our site.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access at site entrances and exits
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activity
• Conduct inspections of vehicles, materials, and personnel entering/leaving the site
• Maintain activity logs and prepare security incident reports
• Enforce BaRupOn's safety and security policies
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
• Support staff and visitors with security-related inquiries

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Texas security guard license
• At least 1 year of experience in on-site security, law enforcement, or military preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict
• Must be able to stand and patrol for long periods and work in outdoor environments

Schedule

• Day and night shifts available (including weekends and holidays)
• Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time based on site needs
