divh2Mercedes-Benz Warranty Administrator/h2pLocation: Houston, TX/ppWe are seeking a Mercedes-Benz Warranty Administrator to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all warranty-related processes. This role is responsible for managing the complete warranty lifecycle from repair order booking to claim submission, reconciliation, and reporting in strict accordance with Mercedes-Benz and company policies./ppThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This is a vital position that supports dealership operations and maintains manufacturer compliance across multiple departments./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliReview and book repair orders in compliance of Mercedes-Benz Policy and Procedure/liliProcesses all warranty claims promptly and with accuracy/liliProcesses all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation/liliVerifies criteria required by manufacturer/liliReconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule/liliPosts credits/liliResubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off/liliReview all warranty receivable schedules to ensure payment within 30 days/liliFollows up on payment of outstanding claims/liliFiles and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor/liliKeeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins/liliAssists with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the controller/liliMaintains a professional appearance and a neat work area/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMinimum 3 years of warranty administration experience in a dealership environment/liliMercedes-Benz experience is strongly preferred/liliProficiency with CDK/liliStrong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and audit requirements/liliHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines/liliExcellent communication, organization, and documentation skills/liliProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/li/ul/div
