Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up compression mold machines and operate hydraulic presses to mold rubber preforms into rings and seals according to specifications.; Measure and prepare powders and materials prior to setup, ensuring proper consistency and correct quantities for each production run.; Inspect first run parts for defects, identify issues, and make necessary machine or process adjustments prior to full production.; Turn preforms, stack preforms, and straighten preforms and parts while they are in the press to ensure consistent molding and quality.; Load press platens uniformly with molds of equal height to maintain safe and accurate press operation.
