divh2Change Management Program Lead/h2pPay Rate: $60-66/hr. Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid role) Duration: 12 months/ph3Job Summary/h3pThe role is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects within Initiative Change Management (ICM), including development of the Program Charters, Project Charters and Project Plans detailing scope, schedule, budget, tasks, milestones and deliverables and coordinating effective execution from conception through delivery of expected business results./ppThe Change Management ICM works directly with the Business Sponsors and Business Leads to plan and execute on project deliverables and will coordinate with core project resources and key stakeholders as necessary through the project lifecycle. The Change Management ICM is accountable for project governance and reporting, and as a member of the ICM team, responsible for ensuring coordination across initiatives and identification of interdependencies./ph3Specific Accountabilities/h3ulliWorks with assigned Project Business Leads, Business Sponsors, and Executive Business Sponsors to develop an appropriate project charter, monitoring scope, providing project coordination, change management, risk management, as well as lessons learned./liliContributes to business process optimization activities such as harmonizing multiple processes into one, identifying gaps, recommendations for automation, and understands integration with other interdependent programs./liliDevelop detailed project plan (master schedules) and coordinate project team resources to execute on identified tasks and ensure deliverables are met./liliFollows a fit for purpose ICM stage gating methodology and utilizes existing tools and templates./liliAbility to prepare business cases, complete current and future state analysis, and understands system implementations./liliEnsures project governance is in place; including reoccurring biweekly and monthly project reporting on performance and risks./liliSuccessfully balance workload across multiple projects, leveraging strong project management expertise to drive results regardless of subject matter./liliCoordinates with team peers to drive consistency across projects, ensure interdependencies are identified and managed, and provide general support./liliEnsures project change impacts are assessed appropriately, change management plans are in place, and integrates change activities across the project lifecycle./liliSupports the ICM Manager and the ICM Supervisor with the ability to interchangeably act as a Project Lead, Business Analyst, and Change Lead for ad hoc special projects./liliOther duties as required./li/ulh3Acts as Business Partners with:/h3ulliGTM Training Management resources to ensure training needs are assessed and appropriate training documentation meets the needs and is successfully delivered to the business./liliGTM TIS Management resources to ensure system enhancements and/or system implementations are delivered timely and are in accordance with business requirements./liliAct as a cross functional Project Manager to support multiple areas of the business such as asset management, pipeline integrity, facility integrity, work management, compliance, etc./li/ulh3Scope/Dimensions:/h3ulliAccountable for supporting the successful delivery of ICM projects, which have potential to impact a large portion of the organization and drive enhancements in safety, efficiency, and work execution./liliAccountable for providing strategic and innovative solutions to our Gas Transmission and Midstream Operations (GTMO) customers./liliAbility to challenge typical thinking and explore new solutions to drive efficiency and ultimately add value across Gas Transmission and Midstream Operations (GTMO)./li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:/h3ulliUniversity degree or equivalent experience/liliProject Management Professional certification, Six Sigma certification (preferred), related degree and/or a minimum of seven (7) years related experience within the oil and gas industry/liliBusiness process optimization experience/liliOil and gas experience with Field Operations project support/liliAbility to develop collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders/liliDemonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature/liliBroad technical knowledge coupled with an ability to distill highly technical information in a way other stakeholders are able to understand and operationalize/liliAnalytical and critical thinking skills/liliStrong project leadership skills and able to negotiate with, and lead, resources outside of direct line of authority/liliAbility to present and facilitate to a wide variety of audiences including technical, senior leaders, and executives in an effective manner which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills/liliDemonstrated proficiency working with office computer applications such as Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Excel)./liliDemonstrated proficiency working with project management tools (MS Visio)/liliAdept at interacting in both business and IT focused discussions with a strong understanding of information technology and its application to solving business problems/liliAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office 365 products, especially Visio, Teams, and MS Planner/li/ulh3Preferred:/h3ulliChange Management Experience (ProSci)/liliProject Management certification (PMP) or Business Analysis certification (PBA)/liliSix Sigma certification/liliInternal Audit Experience/li/ulh3Working Conditions:/h3ulliWork can be performed in the office or remote./liliMinimal travel required, unless designated to a special project which requires field travel./liliOvertime work may be required./liliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit;
