Cornerstone Building Brands - 14031 West Hardy Road - Responsibilities: Installs and repairs electrical equipment, including generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units and conduit systems; Diagnoses and corrects trouble in the electrical system or equipment, applying standard computations related to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment; Follows the preventive maintenance program established by the company and conducts equipment inspections, taking preventative action when necessary; Performs minor and major repairs on buildings; Provides on-the-job direction to new maintenance mechanics and others assisting in maintenance work
