This is a 1 year contract role with our direct client in Houston, this position is hybrid with Wednesday being in the office. This position requires a 4 questions glider assessment.

Contractor Role Requirements and Responsibilities:

Verification of contracts, ensuring contract details match internal systems, and booking contracts. The process involves reviewing PDF or paper contracts, checking customer name, price, and term, and reaching out to other teams if discrepancies are found. Each analyst is expected to process about 30-40 contracts per day.

Required Skills and Experience: The team is seeking candidates with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. Experience in the energy industry, particularly in retail energy or power, is highly preferred. Communication and collaboration skills are essential due to frequent interaction with other departments.

Preferred Technical Skills: Kelly mentioned that experience with Salesforce is a nice-to-have, while most other systems used are in-house.
