This position is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on environments, enjoys mentoring others, and can manage complex migrations and configurations across Exchange, OneDrive, and Teams. You'll work closely with IT teams and business units to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions, supporting users from planning through troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and configure Exchange Online environments, including mailbox setup, migrations, and hybrid configurationsManage user mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxesAdminister security features (anti-phishing, anti-spam, malware protection) and compliance tools (retention policies, eDiscovery, DLP)Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot mail flow and connectivity issues, and resolve service incidentsProvide technical support and mentoring to end-users and junior engineersPlan and execute migrations for Exchange, OneDrive, and domain changes, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrityIntegrate MS365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and third-party applications as neededUtilize PowerShell and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks and enforce policiesOversee OneDrive storage quotas, access controls, and security policies; respond to security incidentsPlan, deploy, and configure Microsoft Teams environments, manage users/groups/channels, and maintain system healthImplement and manage security protocols, data governance, and compliance policies for Teams and OneDriveMaintain thorough documentation of configurations, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and change management activitiesCollaborate with IT teams, business units, and external partners to align MS365 capabilities with organizational goalsOccasional travel (up to 10%) may be required; most work is performed remotely or onsite as neededRequired Qualifications5+ years as a subject matter expert in MS365, with deep experience in Exchange, OneDrive, and TeamsStrong background in configuration, security management, and monitoring within MS365 environmentsHands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting, Exchange administration, and automation toolsProven ability to manage Exchange Online, OneDrive, and MS Teams end-to-end (planning, configuration, troubleshooting, user support)Experience performing migrations (Exchange, OneDrive, and domain changes) and conditional access managementExcellent documentation skills for procedures, configurations, and change managementBachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experienceWillingness to provide full user support and resolve complex technical issuesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInsuranceBenefitsMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)Disability insurancePaid maternity leavePaid paternity leavePension planReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Insight Global by 2xJ-18808-Ljbffr
