Complete a comprehensive rotational training program, based on period of availability, to prepare for a future role as well as enhance education: - Train at the Ballistic Distribution Center - Acquire an understanding of Inventory Management & Procurement processes - Hands-on experience at onsite operations - Shadow the Program and General Manager - Observe sales and business development strategies - Attend Operational Excellence Training offered at Texas A&M (if available) Qualifications of the SCS Summer Intern include, but are not limited to: - Bachelor Degree/pursuing Bachelor Degree preferably in Industrial Distribution or Supply Chain Management, equivalent industry experience will be considered - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Team-oriented....Intern, Operations, Manufacturing, Business Services
