TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Work with Central Engineering team to define and follow standard scope of work. Become subject matter expert on repair BOMs. Provide work scope for servicing Aeroderivative Gas Turbine engines in compliance with Aero Alliance Repair Policy & standards to meet or exceed customer expectations. Work with customer experience team as the technical point of contact for assigned projects. Serve as point of contact for engineering support needed to resolve any technical issues that arise on the shop during the engine andor module overhaul and test cycle. Ensure proper documentation of technical data and findings generated for assigned projects, consistent with shop policies and procedures, including engine report review. Attend kickoff meetings with channel partners to understand work scope requirements and generate work scope and routers for the shop.
