Recruit and retain exceptional accounting associates determine department efficiencies and appropriate size of accounting team. Develop and mentor bench strength with focus on promoting from within when possible. Promptly identify weak links and coach or counsel to resolution. Establish interdepartmental communication protocol and assist personnel in effective communication with associates and other personnel within the Company. Proactively promote open communication between all stakeholders internal and external and actively follow-up on all matters pertaining to Alliance business functions as needed. Provide friendly, responsive and proactive communication to clients and associates. Establish and communicate expectations and goals on an on-going basis. Identify job duties, work schedules, and appropriate department staffing to include ongoing training needs among accounting team.
