Leads combined wastewater collections and stormwater operations - ensuring regulatory compliance, asset maintenance, and resilience for wet-weather events. Key Responsibilities Direct stormwater inspections, inlet/outfall maintenance, ditch/pond mowing, and illicit discharge investigations; maintain MS 4 records and annual reports. Coordinate collections cleaning/ CCTV, SSO prevention, and wet-weather response; integrate data across systems. Develop SOPs for dewatering, erosion/sediment control, and spill response; oversee contractor performance. Manage budgets, staffing, and equipment (vactors, jetters, mowers, CCTV vans). Engage with municipalities and the public on education and right-of-way coordination. Produce KPI dashboards (MS 4 inspections, SSO frequency, response times) and continuous improvement plans.
