Job Details

Complete inspections, preventive maintenance, lubrication, and repairs on machinery such as pumps, boilers, air conditioning units, meters, and air compressors. Perform basic maintenance and repairs to structures, facilities, and equipment, i.e., housekeeping activities, fabrication and installations, routine cleaning and servicing of vehicles, and cement mixing and preparation. Operate hand tools and special equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, lawn mowers, tractors w mower attachments, weed eaters, chainsaws, and other lawn equipment. Operate, load, and tow full and empty trailers. Move appliances, furniture, and equipment. Keep records of maintenance and repair work performed. Record and maintain tool, equipment, and parts inventory. Report unsafe conditions and unsafe equipment. Will drive to and from various work sites. Perform other duties as assigned or required.
