Job Details

(including but not limited to): Estimate, compile bids and generate proposals accurately and are completed on time Make site visits to collect bidding information and/or from Plans/ Specs for new/re-roof projects, when required Obtains quotes from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price Review/prepare proposed project bids in accordance with company bidding procedures with essential overall cost accuracy Participate in pre and post review project meetings Complete project closeout documents Cultivate customer relationships that will assist in winning profitable repeat business Maintain communication with project contacts throughout the entire project from start to finish Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects Commercial Roofing Estimator Job Requirements: At least 5-10 years experience estimating w/ software's like the EDGE, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc. Advanced knowledge and und...Commercial, Estimator, Business Services, Staffing, Insurance
