Memorial Hermann - - Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse; Direct patient care duties include: vital signs, visual monitoring of patient condition, hygiene support, toileting support, mobility support, nutrition support, bathing support, charting, and other activities of daily living as needed; Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of information and reporting any unusual changes or findings to the nurse; Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean working environment and adheres to safety rules and policies; Obtains and prepares laboratory specimens as prescribed within the scope of the role
