The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) provides hands-on care, supervision, and rehabilitation support to adult patients recovering from neurological injuries or living with long-term care needs. Working under the supervision of licensed nurses and rehabilitation professionals, the PCA helps patients with daily routines, therapeutic activities, and behavioral support in a compassionate, structured environment designed to promote recovery and independence.
