Perform point-to-point continuity checks on completed control panels to verify proper wiring in accordance with approved drawings. Inspect panel construction to ensure conformance with engineering drawings, schematics, terminal assignments, and bill of materials. Identify, document, and communicate construction deficiencies or drawing errors to engineering staff for resolution. Measure and source voltage, current, and frequency using calibrated test equipment (DM - Ms, clamp meters, signal generators, etc.). Follow established test procedures and checklists; document test results accurately and completely. Perform and support customer witness testing (Factory Acceptance Tests / CA - Ts), including hosting customer representatives on-site and guiding them through acceptance procedures.
