Fulfill requisition orders for the various F&B outlets within The Cellar at the Post Oak wine program Ensure that wines are properly received from distributors, and that all products are correctly stocked Monitor inventory levels within the Cellar to ensure that items may be properly reordered (where applicable), and that all Wine Directors are kept informed of 86'd items Assist the Director of Beverage with routine inventory Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications Qualifications Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity 1-3 years of restaurant experience Basic wine knowledge Basic computer skills including ability to use Microsoft Excel Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weeken...Wine, Runner, Restaurant, Grocery
