The Associate will support the finance, M&A and strategic growth team by partnering with firm leadership to deliver financial insights, execute acquisitions and support strategic initiatives during a period of rapid growth. This high-visibility role includes financial modeling; due diligence for RIA acquisitions and team lift-outs; preparation of board and investor materials; analysis of revenue, AUM and performance trends; and support of budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a degree in finance, economics or a related field, three to five years of investment banking or relevant corporate finance experience, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong analytical and communication abilities.To apply for this role, call Charles Aris Inc.
