The Project Manager Data Center Projects is responsible for the full lifecycle execution of battery energy storage system (BESS) and hybrid energy projects for data centers. This role will support the Project Executive and oversee all phases of planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and contractual obligations.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field (required). Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in energy project management, preferably in battery energy storage or related fields. Demonstrated experience managing EPC contractors, negotiating construction contracts, and overseeing complex infrastructure projects. Proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and budget tracking systems. Deep understanding of project controls, cost forecasting, and risk management best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required). Willingness to travel to project sites in the U.S. and Latin America as needed.
